OUR CONFERENCE FACILITIES
Whether you are planning a large conference, an inspiring lecture, or a smaller meeting, we have a venue to suit your needs. Our facilities are equipped with modern technology for hybrid meetings and webinars, making it possible for participants to join both on-site and online.
ARKEN
Arken is our large auditorium with seating for up to 107 people, while also working perfectly for smaller groups of around 20 participants. The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offers excellent facilities for audio, visual presentations, and recording without the need for external equipment.
Arken is ideal for lectures, conferences, training sessions, product presentations, hybrid meetings, and webinars, allowing participants to join both on-site and remotely via Microsoft Teams.
THE LOUNGE
The Lounge is our smaller venue with an adjoining kitchen. It is ideal for networking events, coffee breaks, lunches, and smaller meetings in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
The venue accommodates up to 20 seated guests or up to 40 people for networking and mingling events. The Lounge is equipped with modern meeting technology and offers the possibility to connect meetings via Microsoft Teams.

A successful meeting is about more than just the venue. We are happy to arrange breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch, allowing you to focus on the content and your participants. Whether you are planning a shorter gathering, a half-day conference, or a full-day event, we ensure that food and refreshments become a natural part of the overall experience.
